Found it The Wildleys found Cat' s Ash Cats' Cache (Monmouthshire)

Sunday, July 24, 2005South Wales, United Kingdom

We decided not to be deterred by the rain and set out on search of this one despite this morning's weather. Before we'd even started on the UVW, our car decided to make a protest: the alarm/immobiliser stopped working. (It came back to life later in the day, as the car dried out.)

GPS reception was next to nothing under the trees, so we paced the distance to the cache and found ourselves to be surprisingly accurate: we found the cache in the first place we looked. Due to the rather large water droplets that were falling from the trees, we hastily signed the log and returned the cache whence it came. Even so, it would probably be good if the next dry-weather visitors would ensure that everything is moisture free!

Thanks for a very wet and muddy cache! We're sure that DILLY THE CAT would love to explore this area.

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
