Found it gumbyphv found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Saturday, 29 April 2017Alberta, Canada

I found BCP572 Mill Creek Ravine North.

It was getting to the time where I had to pick up Mrs. Gumby at West Ed so she could get back into Red Deer when she needed to. I punched the the mall into the GPS and then punched this cap in too. Sure I had enough time to come here and make one more stop before getting her. When I got here it had started to pour rain. I was hoping for a roadside cap but realized that I would have to walk down the path for a little ways. Once at GZ, I spotted a hole with dirt in it and as I was about to start to dig, I noticed the cap sitting there right next to the hole. Awesome, snapped a few pics and got back to the vehicle. Now I was out of the rain and headed to the mall. Thanks for another cool cap in an interesting location. TFTBC

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
