Found it DomHeknows found Jeff's Puzzle #2

Saturday, 09 July 2005Ohio

Finally got the chance/excuse to go do this cache when Plook organised an outing so 2nd to find with Plook, Tom and dwelch36. Had a really good afternoon finding this cache with not so much help from plook. Spotted the cache trail quickly when by the river and I gallantly let Dave do the wading as the photos will testify later when I upload them.
Left 1/1 sig item and nascar car. Took Flight badge.
Thanks for a great cache jeff - loads of drier places to hide the cache but at least the others can now say they have found a submerged cache.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
