Found it Hack1of2 found MLB- Pittsburgh Pirates

Thursday, February 13, 2014Wisconsin

We wanted to go for a hike with our son who is in town only for a couple more days before he leaves the country. We remembered that there were areas of the oak leaf trail that seemed to be plowed somewhat in the winter so we hoped we would have a nice walking path. It turned out the trail was very manageable with only a small amount of snow on the ground and much of that was packed down well from the joggers and dog walkers. Plenty of pictures were taken along the snowy path as a new coat of snow was falling during our hike. This was the third of five we found today in the snow. We noticed it had been found recently so we were hopeful we would also have luck. We have noted that thewikey7 does a great job of placing caches that are winter friendly at great locations. All three of the MLB caches we found today were winter friendly and not far off the trail. This one took a couple minutes but then I spotted it right in front of my face! Thanks for placing along the oak leaf trail.

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
