BCP035 Sherwood Park - Replacement

While we were in Sherwood Park we decided to go and have a look for this cap. I was a bit worried as it was 10 cm BGL which could make it pretty difficult to locate. Again we were using Coolcat21's context photo which helped us immensely although the grass was way taller then that shown in his photo. Finally, after decided exactly which bush was shown in his photo and estimating distance and direction we discovered the deep but narrow hole, great! I got the cap shot and we headed back to the car parked at that Recreation Center about 300 meters away.

Thanks for another Sherwood Park Cap ofth, this one took us quite awhile.

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
