Found it Gimli*/GeoJoce found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Friday, May 12, 2017Alberta, Canada

BCP254 Edmonton (Rundle Heights)

I took a chance today that the rumor was true and decided to try and log a Found It on one more cap. I was pretty happy that it worked. :) I headed for this close to home cap and took way longer to find it than I should have. :p lol Cap was totally cleaned off of leaves even. And perfectly readable. Nice! A muggle was sitting at the nearby shelter over the hill but his back was to GZ, thankfully, so I was able to search in relative comfort. :)

Once found I meandered my way back to the car taking pics as I went. TFTBC OFTH, the one more, and the fun!

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
