Found it DomHeknows found "Newport KY" World Peace Bell *Virtual*

Friday, 16 June 2006Kentucky

RatherBStitchin and myself came down for a short break. After visiting the aquarium we came out and heard the bell ringing but it was lunch time so I didn't investigate. After lunch I went to find it. Took a couple of still photos and then just as I started to walk away they started to test the bell - it's loud but not that loud. I've uploaded a video to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eI6Ll_QH9u0
Photo also uploaded.
I'm from Dublin, Ohio (but originally from England) I'd love to tell you the coordinates but my GPS screen broke on the way home in the car today - fell off the dashboard, hit something solid and smashed the screen.

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
