Found it Mr.Yuck found Lehigh Valley Treasure Box

Tuesday, August 19, 2003New York

I don't mean to be a party pooper, especially being a newbie, but this is actually on the Erie-Lackawnna Railroad (Click on the topozone link on this page and the RR name is right on top of the coordinate.) History of the ERLL, which is named not for the local city, but for Lackawanna County, Pa. (The county Scranton is in) http://www3.uakron.edu/archival/ErieLack/Hist.htm
If your interested, Preacher, contact me via email, and I can tell you where the Lehigh Valley is (was). It would be an excellent choice as well.
Anyways, thanks for a great first find. Well hidden, but there was a muggle bicycle chained up within inches of the box!! Left a pair of Staff Sargeant army rank and a Canadian quarter, took an Arnold action figure. Tried to hide the box a little better.

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
