Found it The Wildleys found CC40 Cefn Rhyswg Dew Pond

Saturday, October 8, 2005South Wales, United Kingdom

After a rather wet time finding CC39, the rain had lightened somewhat; but we were still shrouded in mist as we signed the log.

On the way to the cache, we heard what we thought could be Land Rover trials. On the way back to the car (we decided to take the long route through the woods), we discovered that it had actually been a rather large collection of mountain bikers. We chose our route such that we didn't have to walk with the bikes (we didn't much fancy the thought of being spattered head to toe with mud!), and we only had to cross their path once.

This all added significantly to our total distance, however, and the GPSr was reading 16.5 km when we finally returned to the car (where we were treated to the aural pleasure of trail bikers ripping up the common land ). Nevertheless, an enjoyable time was had by all. Thanks for another great cache!

infoA multi-cache ("multiple") involves two or more locations, the final location being a physical container. There are many variations, but most multi-caches have a hint to find the second cache, and the second cache has hints to the third, and so on. An offset cache (where you go to a location and get hints to the actual cache) is considered a multi-cache.
