Whoa Nelly is right. When bending over to reach for a cache, don't forget that you bent under something. Went to straighten up and was greeted by a metal sign. That's gonna hurt for a while. All better now.

Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book.
