Found it Gimli*/GeoJoce found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Saturday, 23 April 2016Alberta, Canada

Icon #5!! A successful CITO walk along Churchill and we were back ready to find this one, another icon! I had almost forgotten it was here until Terents reminded me along the walk. I must say we were probably the 2 more excited (or is that obsessed?) about the whole 10 icon day out of our Team.

We managed to spot the cap fairly quickly (BCP720 St. Albert CITO 2). T added a bit of ‘spit shine’ to it so we could make out the numbers. lol I managed a shot of the cap, which I've emailed along as our proof and a ‘context’ shot with GJ and T hamming it up. Just as we were about to move on a huge crowd came walking up, devices in hand. :) We got out of there before being swarmed. ;)

TFTVC and this icon....and a special thanks for moving the posted coordinates to this location for today!

GJ and T ham it up next to the BCP!!Fun day!!
infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
