This is day 13 of our 30 days trek that led us to Island Peak BC, Gorakshep, Kalapattar - EBC, Chola pass, Gokyo, Renjo la pass et back to Namche by Thame valley .

This morning, sky is much clear and blue without any wind. Perfect weather. We left lodge at 7:45 am for the Kalapattar summit. Ascent is done quite easily with many stops to admire Nupse and Pumori as well as the awesome Khumbu glacier. The more the sun is higher the more the surrounding mountains are beautifully shining.

Eventually, while going higher, the pyramidal summit of Sagarmata appeared in its glory .

On the way, we took the official picture as requested by this virtual cache but I will post many more as soon as I come back home.

We arrived on top at 10:30 and we were the only one up there! It is so fantastic to look all around. Simply gorgeous!

We took time to have lunch while admiring this stunning awesome scenery.

De tous les panoramas que j'ai pu admirer c'est sans aucun doute celui qui offre la meilleure "symphonie de la terre" .

Salut du Canada, Québec

Merci - Danyabad

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.
