Write note gumbyphv posted a note for Brass Cap Cache - A Memorial Puzzle

Wednesday, July 19, 2017Alberta, Canada

I (FOUND) BCP704 Stafford Lake.

I was heading to the Mega and didn't really want to make many stops. I also wanted to stop for at least one cap so I looked along the route and spotted this one. This was my first stop after leaving Red Deer and it sure was a great day out to see the lake. There was a flock of seagulls hanging around the cap area but they took off as I walked up. I spotted a divot really quick but that had a sprinkler in it. Right after that I spotted another divot with a nicely painted cap in it. Thanks for another cap and in another really nice spot. TFTBC

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
