I had a look at this at lunchtime. Not having a tank to play with I had to first come up with some interpretations for the instructions. This entailed quite a lot of guesswork but I was fairly happy that I was being logical.

Then I went through the commands. The Northing made sense but the Westing didn't. I was about to put it down to errors in the coding (or my interpretation of the instructions) when I noticed something. Might that be one of the nasties that was touted on the cache page? Very cunning.

Homework over I asked the kids whether they fancied an FTF raid in the dark. They both said yes. We could've parked in a better place it turned out, but when we got to the GZ it was an easy find.

Nice puzzle but surely a little harder than D=2

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
