Found it Team Mumu found Struve geodetic arc Alta

Wednesday, 18 July 2012Finnmark, Norway

This is the first time we've started a hike at 8pm. It felt weird not preparing for the sun to go down while we were out, but that wasn't a worry tonight. It was an enjoyable hike for most of the way. A bit wet and muddy in spots, but the temperature was just right for a walk. I had hoped the rain would keep the mozzies at bay, but as we got higher, the mozzies seemed to swarm out of nowhere surrounding us both like clouds. After reaching the summit and taking some photos, we hunted around for the cache. Finally found it, though the container is broken and in need of replacement. Left mumu fish #2356 http://www.anadromous.net/geotokens/ . This makes two WH site visits on one day for us.

Cheers,
Lynn & John

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
