Found it BVPete found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

We continued our journey south from Okotoks to Stavely at a much reduced speed due to visibility and slush build-up on the highway. We managed to get in front of the rapidly moving front such that I had just enough time to get to the cap take a photo and get back to the car before it caught up to us. I must say that I performed some very nice leaps across the very wet ditch, at least, I thought they were very nice. Thanks for another cap in a small Alberta town which we had not explored previously.

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.
