BCP263 ~ Edmonton Ravine Drive

cap broken

one of 101 power caching on Fyre's birthday with Nika05, 70 finds of which were made with Plan-B, X-tine, and $Johnny Cache$ to introduce them to power caching.
Highlights of the trip include:
-a whacky waving inflatable arms man....who just couldn't stand straight. Much laughter was spent over the 2ways on that one!
-playing frogger on edmonton and sherwood parks roads, when the drivers dropped the runners off, and the runners ahd to make it bck across busy roads
-family guy quotes on the 2 ways.
-fyre wtching johnny tumble head over heels down a steep slope and almost doing the same thing herself
-nika almost losing his shoe to evil sherwood park mud, then getting in our vehicle covered in it. :)
-it was fyre's 23 birthday...what better way than to spend it caching with friends
old and new.
-getting beat out on an ftf that had been sitting there for a few days...by half an hour :(
-the spruce trees weren't in attack mode this trip,in fact wefound some nice surprises in them. Our faith in them has been restored..yay!
Thanks to everyone who's caches we found today. it was an absolute blast and epic day for us.

Fyreakida (hums to herself happy bday to me...)

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
