Found it Lacknothing found 7th Inning Stretch

Friday, November 16, 2012Wisconsin

Out with redwingrr and Hearty Soles today with a to do list of caches. This is the last one that Sue needs for the non-traditional alphanumeric challenge. We are pumped. It is my second last one. We arrive at GZ and it is dark. Oh no...not much we can do. There are muggles in the parking lot, but they are paying us no attention, so we get to work. I had it in my hand, but did not look thoroughly enough. So put it back. We looked everywhere else and found nothing more. Then I got to thinking about the thing I had held in my hand earlier. Back I went to that and DUH. Had to apologize for my oversight. Off we go to GZ. We reparked the geomobile and then proceeded to bushwack our way to GZ. We looked and looked and looked. It was dark, darker and even darker. However, we were NOT about to leave without this one....and so we persevered....Finally, I resorted to going way back and reading logs from days gone by. Finally hit upon one that gave us just the information we needed. Sue had it in her hand just a few minutes later. Thanks for a well done series. Greatly appreciated.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
