Found it BaSHful found Church Micro Challenge...Fleet Marston

Saturday, July 30, 2016Southern England, United Kingdom

It is the Geolympics this weekend so I am out and about with my good mate WhiteFriar for two days caching in the general area of said Mega event. Challenge and LARGE caches were a priority but we, as always, picked up Church Micros, SideTracked, Village Signs and a sprinkling of other caches, either from other series we are collecting or to help towards completing some of the many challenges we are working towards.

Day 1
We left home a little after 7:00am and apart from a little drizzle on the M25 enjoyed good weather all day. We didn't have it all our own way, suffering a major diversion due to road improvement work on the A5 and shortly after more diversions because of the women's golf open and no less than three DNFs. However, we still managed a satisfactory haul of caches found with the prospect of a similar haul tomorrow.

I'm easily qualified for this - see my web page. And the cache was soon found.

BaSHful.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
