[orange]It has been a LONG week for us Krazies! We started last week Weds (the 3rd) on the east side of MI picking up the counties from Bay county all the way to the Soo Locks in the UP. We spent the night there, saw the Locks, then continued on to get the Upper portion of the UP counties before grabbing another hotel for the night (and an FTF on and Earthcache, Virtuals and many memories). On Friday, we got the remaining UP counties (made a few more memories while grabbing some cool caches again) and stopped in Escanaba to visit my cousin, place our own Wherigo (the First one in the UP of MI! (visit link) and to attend the MIGO Fall Fun Day Event. We spent Saturday night in Green Bay and hit the Wherigo road running! We got what we could and made our way to the wherigo in this park not knowing what we were in for! The micros (Haylie_Cacher and Krazy_Ayden) needed a fun day and they got one! What an awesome place! We started out at the prairie up front to do the Wherigo, then the ranger told us to check out the Falls. Ok That done we headed over here and walked back to this earthcache. What a cool site again! Got all the needed info and a few pics then continued on our trip, and talked about this place the rest of of the time. Yeah, we will probably be back one day - for more then just a little bit! We ended up eating some dinner in Mount Horeb (Great Scott we found PIZZA!) and then stayed in West Bend for the last night of our trip. Tomorrow will be down to Chicago for some Letterboxes, grab a mystery that will fill in our fizzy grid - for the 2nd time!- and finally home to Grand Haven, MI! Yeah, 2,200 total miles was enough for us for a few months! Thank you for the great earthcache highlighting this amazing site that our God has made for us![/orange]

Awesome place! This whole trip has been filled with places that have just been breathtaking - this one was no different!

infoAn Earthcache is an educational form of a virtual cache. The reward for these caches is learning more about the planet on which we live - its landscapes, its geology or the minerals and fossils that are found there. Many Earthcaches are in National Parks. Some are multi-cache in form, and some have a physical log book located in or close to a Visitor Center. Earthcaches are developed in association with the Geological Society of America.
