Found it Black Shark found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Tuesday, 10 June 2014Alberta, Canada

BCP399 Bentley

After a FTF on a nearby cache, Mrs Shark noticed a couple of caps were nearby. That caught the newest brass cap monster's attention! Mrs Shark was willing to stop at the one on our way home for an already much delayed supper but Mr Shark was keen to stop here, too. The cache was staked and uncovered but very hard to read even with some water splashed on it. Now, the cache just across the road...no we have not searched for it before, yes it was noticed in our GPS...we can only claim hunger as an excuse for not thinking it would be reasonable to look for it while we were stopped so close. We may well pass this way again! Thanks for the cap with a sweeping and scenic view of land and sky.

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
