Found it BaSHful found Challenge cache - Do You Know Other Cachers

Sunday, July 22, 2012Southern England, United Kingdom

Out and about with my good mate WhiteFriar for a weekend of Mega events: PirateMania on the Saturday and the GeoOlympics on the Sunday. Inevitably we did a few Church Micros and YOSM's plus a spattering of others to contribute towards the many challenges and targets we've set ourselves. Perfect weather throughout together with an absence of DNFs made for an excellent, if exhausting, weekend.

I picked up on these four challenges when they were published but, until today, on our way home from Oxford, had never been in a position to pick them up. Excellent co-ordinates for all, together with useful hints, made for quick finds all around, something I was most grateful for as it was getting late and the light beginning to fade.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
