Found it The Wildleys found Beside the Sea - 1 - Rest Bay

Sunday, August 14, 2005South Wales, United Kingdom

This was the second stop of a glorious day's geocaching, but we could have spent the better part of the afternoon at this satisfying sea front! We took a mosey along the common, buffeted by the stiff breeze but warmed by the strong sunshine. A fair number of people were out, but not enough to make the place feel touristy.

When we arrived at the coordinates, we were treated to a good five minutes' "snail caching" -- they were everywhere! E befriended a small, translucent, green one while S rooted out the canister. We signed the log and then made our way on to Kenfig Nature Reserve.

Thanks for this excellent coastal location. It must be great to own a house here!

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
