Found it colincactus found Playing Cards Challenge

Saturday, August 3, 2013Southern England, United Kingdom

2TF at 3pm

An interesting challenge. I don't do many circuits so I thought I'd have difficulties getting through the numbers. However it turned out that the court cards were where the trouble lay. I've only found two caches with QUEEN in the title, and I wouldn't have any JACK's if it wasn't for Natterjacktoad.

My first attempt at producing a qualifying list had two traditionals, but then I read the CO's note with the various sub-challenges. So I made a few adjustments and came up with a list using only multis puzzles and events (so I'm FTF for that). Here are my qualifying caches.

More details here.

We parked at the suggested location and walked to the GZ. Great views from here. The cache was an easy find.

Bobcat was intrigued by the mineral pack so we took that and the 2TF certificate. We left the druid ring TB and a bottle opener. We made sure the cache was well wrapped in grass after we'd finished as it was easy to see when we arrived.

We were surprised at how many people we met along this path today: first a group of three hikers, then a young couple who asked us the way to East Meon, and finally a lady with four children.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
