Found it Smrt_geer found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Sunday, 02 October 2005Alberta, Canada

BCP234 Whiskey Mountain

Having just been here enroute to "McLean Mystery", I knew right where to park. So I carted up the whole family and made the beautiful fall trek. Micro_geer needed an emergency feeding, so I left Mrs_geer and the littlest one in the car amongst the spectacular panoramas and took lil_geer up to the cap.

It wasn't long after we found it that I heard a "Hi Ho!!" through the bushes... who on earth could that be here? Of all the places to meet another cacher, there was Sleepy_Hollow complete with bear spray in hand. On the way back to the vehicles we talked about the usual subjects - the caches we've done, the ones we'd like to do, and how there are so many caches and just too little time.

Thanks for the great cap OFTH, and nice to meet you SH!

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
