Out and about with my good mate WhiteFriar for a short Winter's day caching on possibly the coldest day of the Winter so far. But it was dry, mostly sunny and mostly wind free - a blessing at these temperatures. Our destination was Eastbourne, with a few caches on the way, though this was perhaps a little ambitious given the paucity of daylight hours at this time of year. Church Micros dominated this week with a sprinkling of others to add variety. In stark contrast to last week, when the caches seemed to jump into our waiting hands, this week the finds were mostly hard fought and we ended the day with just 20 plus 3 failures. Oh well, it's not always about the numbers, there's always extra satisfaction when you find a tough one!
Happy 2nd birthday! A short stroll and we've ticked off another date for finding on an anniversary of their placed date challenge. We grabbed all four while we were at it, some of the easier finds of the day.
BaSHful.
