Found it Lacknothing found Lilly Lake

Friday, May 3, 2013Wisconsin

Out with the Hitwoman today and we were in the area. Looks different from our last stop here. Steph reminded me that there were ice fishermen out on the lake last time through. I think I remember it being very cold and windy that day. Today it is cold and wet....wouldn't you know that I am no longer a soccer mom so I do not have umbrellas in my car. Oh well....we get a bit wet. A very well done earthcache. I enjoyed reading through the reports. I never realized there were so few natural lakes in Brown County. I knew we were sparse in Outagamie County. Learned a lot of other interesting information also including that there are two other lakes nearby. This is a pretty, pretty lake and I bet some great fishing. Thanks for all of the information on the cache page and the links provided also.

infoAn Earthcache is an educational form of a virtual cache. The reward for these caches is learning more about the planet on which we live - its landscapes, its geology or the minerals and fossils that are found there. Many Earthcaches are in National Parks. Some are multi-cache in form, and some have a physical log book located in or close to a Visitor Center. Earthcaches are developed in association with the Geological Society of America.
