Found it

Well what can I say about this, its simply a masterpiece. My daughter says this is her favourite out of all the caches we've done (and I wouldn't disagree)

I started looking at it two weeks ago and solved it with the aid of a spreadsheet. I particularly liked the way that the correct answers reveal part of the answer and so you can gradually weed out the wrong ones.

We visited the location last weekend while dodging the rain and surprised ourselves by getting all the numbers. We sent them off for marking as everybody else had done, but it came back with only an A-. Everything was correct but I'd misinterpreted one number which put me 25m to the west (and reading his log perhaps Croquet Mike did this too).

We decided to pick it up today. Its still a difficult hide - we found it after about fifteen minutes of searching.

#251 TFTC (and the puzzle and bringing us to such an interesting place)

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
