Wow, I just read gumbyphv's log from yesterday. Can I just copy and paste it? My experience at GZ was pretty much identical. I walked right to the marker completely ignoring the BC and its flagging, found nothing after digging around for a bit, proceeded to read some previous logs, looked around, and there it was. How did I miss it? LOL I thought for sure there would be a ton of interference from the nearby lines but it turns out my collected coordinates weren't that far off. The trail is quite well used; I saw at least 3 sets of muggles walk down the path while I was collecting the information. I tried to look as official as I could and none of them seemed to care what I was doing. Proof on its way. TFanotherBC.

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
