It’s been a while since I’ve been to Westlock, and come to think of it the visits have only been for caching. Well, today I had capping on the brain instead and said cap was found quickly.

This cap is located in an “island” of grass bordered one three sides by roads. I arrived as a landscaper was working discussing things with a home owner on the front lawn. They just might have thought a zombie-apocalypse may have begun because this guy was suddenly walking around seemingly aimlessly on that island of grass. In fact, I was saying “Argh, argh” in my head for the first couple of minutes, because I wasn't finding the cap but suddenly there it was, plain as day in front of me. Sheesh.

I took the required pics and then returned to the car, dragging my right leg on the ground the whole way.

Thanks for the cap!

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on
