Went down to Lethbridge tonight for a little brass capping - this is the eigth of eight brass caps that I found in the area.

Down to Raymond for my last cache. This one was just on the north side of highway 52 in the ditch.

There were actually two survey poles about 20 feet apart ( maybe ) but my receiver took me to the one closer to the fence. Kicked the snow and dirt around for while, no go. Then I notice a small depression in the ground a ways from the survey pole and so jammed my compass in it. Bingo! Down the needle went.

A good day of brass capping
