Found it EdgeMonks found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Saturday, 05 July 2008Alberta, Canada

N 48° 59.887 W 111° 53.684

BCP333, Coutts.

One of the best brass cap caches! We went through the border crossing back into Canada (it took over an hour, why don't they open more lanes?). Then we took the first right (49 00.369 111 58.061), and down a gravel road (turn right at 49 00.438 111 57.849) back into the US (obvious right turn at 48 59.898 111 57.466) along Border Road to get to this marker post. Of course we took some photos. Great one, OFTH!

We like that the border between Canada and the US is actually 209 metres south of the 49th parallel!

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
