I'd only come across this cache about a week or so ago and, entirely by co-incidence, last Tuesday I finally qualified under part 1. Of course, I have long since qualified under part 2 (400 puzzles and 580 multis as at the time of finding the cache).
Much work with Google Earth established possible parking, although it was very nearly all taken when I arrived. Walked to GZ wishing yet again that I'd got around to getting a high visibility jacket. Although observed by many muggles, none, understandably, felt the urge to get out of their cars and challenge me as to what I was up to. After what felt like an age but was probably only a few minutes the find is made, the log signed and I skedaddle.
BaSHful.
PS. Very pleasingly this ticks another box in my Terrain/Difficulty grid. Only 8 to go now.
