Found it colincactus found SP7

Thursday, April 25, 2013South East England, United Kingdom

This set of caches in Swinley Forest were published in 2002 and I think they were the first in the area - so I've been meaning to do them for a long time. When we came here in January we only had time to find SP1 & SP2. I had a day off work today so I decided to return to get some more of them.

This one is in a very peaceful spot - the only sound as I walked along was the birds singing. The cache was an easy find - it was uncovered and I could see it from 10 metres off.

There's a little pond near this cache. While I was signing the log a duck came flying in, but made a very inelegant splash landing - I had to smile.

I made sure the cache was hidden a bit better when I left. It's in a little clearing so I'm amazed that this one has survived unscathed for 11 years. I guess it's just that muggles don't come this way.

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
