Found it BaSHful found Collecting Counties Challenge - Multi 25

Saw there were five new challenges when I fired up the computer after breakfast. A short amount of work confirmed my initial intuition that I qualified for four of them. What to do about it? Well, there were jobs that just had to be done and an event to attend (well it wouldn't do for the host not to turn up!). So it was after lunch that saw myself and my good mate WhiteFriar head off for these.

Found a convenient parking spot that would do for this one and the next and set off for a bit of a walk in very pleasant weather, albeit still cold. Quick find at GZ.

Back home I still had Tuesday's logging to do before starting the mammoth task of creating a list of all my qualifying caches. It was now that some of the fine print registered, particularly the requirement that any cache could only be used once. However, with a little juggling, any doubts that had crept in were eventually dispelled - I still qualified for the four challenges, albeit with a few fewer counties for some.

Thought I had this amply covered but, allowing for the no duplication rule, it turned out I had just 29, not as large an over-qualification as I had expected. I'd also expected WhiteFriar to qualify for this but he ended up two short. See my web page for details.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
