BCP272: Tilley Replacement

Having bypassed this one one the way east I decided to detour to it on the way back west. The Nuvi routed me over some dirt/gravel roads which were quite wet and muddy, making for some anxious moments in the 2WD truck. We pulled up beside the location and I was thankful to see a fairly obvious hole and that the farmer had skipped this area when seeding so I didn't need to step on or over any new plant growth.

I stuck my hand in the hole and quickly realized I was going to need something to dig with. I searched the truck and found the lid of Mrs. DanOCan's iced coffee from the Tim Horton's in Redcliff and it did the trick as I soon had the cap exposed and unearthed again. Grabbed my photos, which I'll upload once I get them off the camera tomorrow, (I still owe a couple of logs from the caps on the trip east too!)

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
