Found it Dreamcatchr found The Oscar

Wednesday, February 13, 2013Wisconsin

I first came here after the 12/12/12 Event with Mrs. Hack1of2 and redwingrr. We had a great time searching for the Best Actor, Actress and Picture caches. We tried to find this one, but somehow it alluded us! It was even making me nervous how those two were searching for the cache. I couldn't even watch them anymore!! Unfortunately, we came up empty handed. I guess it just wasn't our time to get the Oscar yet!!

Today I returned with a little clue from Mrs. Hack. Seeing that she and redwingrr already got their Oscar, I was hoping that this was finally my time! I didn't know that they ever put down a white carpet for this special event (the snow)! For some reason, it was a little slippery in places. I kept hearing, "watch your step" and "don't fall"!! It was almost as if I was walking in high heels!!! lol Yes!!!! Today is my day!! I got my Oscar!!!

I'd like to thank Mrs. Hack1of2 and redwingrr for letting me go with them on this caching journey!! And to Doctor Dolittle for placing these caches (and numerous others)!! You have lead me to some wonderful places I never knew of before!! Thanks also for the challenges along the way!! I have met and cached with some very nice people I otherwise wouldn't have known. Keep 'em coming!! Thanks again!! SL

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
