Found it The Wildleys found Cilfrew 'Cwtch'

Saturday, August 7, 2004United Kingdom

Our second cache on this hot, sunny Saturday. We arrived here a lot later than we'd anticipated and were thus fearful of the imminent gate-locking. We parked as close as we could and leapt out of the car around 15.40. With shreds of GPS signals to guide us, we soon realized that "within 150 metres" didn't mean 150 metres along the level! Time running out fast, Simon made a scramble up the rocky slope, while Elizabeth ran off to find a footpath. Find one she did, but not before Simon had his hands on the cache! We scribbled a hasty note and scampered back to the car.

As we drove back through the gate, we wondered if the sign's warning was more an idle threat than a reality. We were regretful that we didn't have much time to spend here, because it was a lovely place: cool and shady (much appreciated after a bright and sweaty first cache) and very, very pretty.

TNLN. Thanks for the cache!

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
