BCP 657 Canadian Forces Snowbirds

We had planned to be camping nearby and come for the HFHR kick off event on the Friday but our plans changed and we weren't able to make it. We were disappointed but then as the weekend approached another plan formulated for a road caching trip on Sunday with the Black Sharks. Everything fell into place and we were on the road by 7:30AM that day. It was a great day with good friends finding caches and caps on an absolutely perfect Autumn day!
This was our first cap of the day up a steep hill. Three of our team members went straight up while Mrs. ManjaLou explored her options and found an easier approach. Thankyou Outforthehunt for the cap with beautiful views of the snow capped mountains.

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
