We'd taken a long break from crime fighting, due to the holidays and the extreme cold, and when it finally warmed up enough to even think about heading outdoors again, weeks and weeks had passed! We had recruited a new Special Agent to help out today, MASKinWi, and we added Mrs. ClubMud and Tally to the forces as well. With a Bear along riding shotgun, we began the hike through snowy woods...down and then up, admiring the starkness of the rock formations against the snow as we went. Eventually we reached new heights previously unexplored, but when Trekkin' opened the logbook, we laughed to see that a group of unlicensed agents had already stopped by and added their names! Though we had certainly managed to nab the nasty characters who led us to this little reward, we still have a few out there at large we hope to nail. Thanks for all the fun this series has been providing us on our visits here! SL TNLN

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
