BCP082 - Calgary (Downtown)

One of many cache/cap done during our Calgary cache raid. Hard to park downtown Calgary so we went around the building and found a parking lot. It was clearly written that it was reserved 24 hours. It was past midnight and there was noone around. We saw security cameras and didn't want to risk being fined or towed... But then I tought we are not going to be here much longer than a few minutes, so I said what the heck. We exited the car, started running around the corner to the cap, found it quickly, snagged a shot and then started running back when we realized we had parked behind the law building! Not a good move! But we did make it back to the car within a minute so no harm was done, no fine was had and no car towed! TFTC.

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
