BCP362 - Falls Lookout

Wow, is definite understatement when experiencing all of the terrific views from this fine lookout. The 3 km ridge walk to the lookout (once you get to the ridge as the first 1 km of the hike involves an elevation gain of 1300 - 1400 feet), makes you think of the Rock Garden on Mt. Allan with all of the cool rocks and the ridge itself is something that needs to be experienced to be appreciated.

Once you reach the lookout there is immediate access to a series of 2 or 3 other ridges, each with it's own unique flavour and the tiered nature of these are amazing.

I quickly found the cap on my arrival at the lookout as it's right beside (east side) the large solar panel on the lookout building.

I dropped off a Friday Calgary Herald for the lookout person, who already had plans for the paper once she is finished.

I snapped numerous pictures and I will post a couple of these. Just when you think you've seen a great lookout site, you find another best of the best. A terrific hike and a site that I would highly recommend - TFTH and the photos are on the way.
