BCP382 Junction Lookout (FOUND)
The plan for Junction Lookout was late developing... I had a green light to head out, but had party plans for Sat night so things had to come together quickly & fit with city birthday dinner plans. We packed the bikes and left town at 7am got to the trail head by 8:30am. No snow at the parking so we started off on the bikes. I certainly don't even pretend to be much of a mtn biker so we walked up far more than we rode but we always had one eye on the ride down... We finally left the bikes about 400m from the top where the small drifts on the track would have made the riding hard work. We were on the top in about 3hrs from the car. It is a beautiful viewpoint ! A strong cold wind from the N but the buildings offered some shelter in a warm sun. After finding the cap, and a snack, we returned to the bikes and then a 70 minute descent back to the car and home in good time for the all important family dinner.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
