Found it Black Shark found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Saturday, 06 May 2017Alberta, Canada

BCP040 Edmonton

Seeing Gimli*/GeoJoce's context shot showing his vehicle it's funny that Mr Shark just as unintentionally parked in exactly the same spot on the same day! What are the neighbours thinking! We spotted the cap immediately and only looked for the arrow after. That's when Mr Shark claimed he'd parked there on purpose. Uh huh. He just didn't get stopped quick enough that Mrs Shark could have captured this cap without leaving the vehicle. We enjoyed the view across to the treed hillside and noted how green the nearby tamaracks are getting. With the end of winter's last snowy grip on us (hopefully) followed by a few hot, summery days the trees have moved quickly to catch up what they'd begun before winter returned. Thanks for another nicely chosen cap, ofth.

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
