Found it BVPete found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Tuesday, 30 August 2016Alberta, Canada

BCP337 Hawrelak Park South

After locating Hawrelak North, I headed directly towards this one. I walked the line, so to speak that lead me right to the cap. Mrs BVPete had to wait with Jack on one of the trails as there are rules in this park restricting dogs to the trails. It was about 3:45 by this time and Mrs BVPete and I decided it was time to head for home in Cochrane. Unfortunately we ran into incredibly snarled up traffic and it took over an hour just to get clear of the city. Then it was another 2.5 hours, mostly on the race track known as Hwy #2 and we home. approximately 13.5 hours since we left this morning.

Thanks for another cap ofth, we had a great day out, exploring more of Edmonton.

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
