I parked just off the highway at N53° 45.441' W118° 20.720' and made my way - just over 300m as I remember - along what is now a quad trail to the cap. I'm pretty sure I got this idea for a parking spot from van der Decken's find log and Google Street View confirmed it looked great.

The prominent "Bridge Out" sign was amusing. "What bridge?" says the non-local. I'm thinking that another "Bridge Out Sign is Out" sign might be in order.

From there it was a straight-forward stroll to the cap side along the quad trail. And I think this is the first time I've seen a prominent "BM" sign at a cap. It made me reluctant to touch it, if you know what I mean.

Thanks for the BM!

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
