Found it Smrt_geer found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Wednesday, 28 December 2005Alberta, Canada

BCP259 Lethbridge

Thanks to OFTH, I had a new cap in Lethbridge to look for on our little family journey... and what a cap it was!! Let's just say you have to be very careful of moving objects when searching for this one... moving at about 100km/h! (See pictures)

With the help of a survey stake, I did manage reach across the concrete barrier and hit paydirt, (cap location matched hint exactly), but I wasn't about to crouch down and get the numbers. Hopefully the picture will suffice!

Thanks OFTH for putting this one out there... sometimes the caps are pretty run-o-the-mill... other times they get your blood pumping pretty good!!!

Heads up!!A few people coming to help me with the search

The Cap The Cap

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
