The family was itching to do something today before the bad weather set in. I suggested the Crowsnest Pass area as we had not been through there yet this year. We decided to go for a cache just outside of Bellevue and the boys were excited to get to scale some rocks. The boys took off to the cache while momzee and I took our time. We stumbled across several bushes of raspberries and decided to have a snack while the boys hunted down the cache. When we got to the cache, my youngest was beaming as he had stumbled across a brass cap as well. Wow... what luck. I checked my GPSr and sure enough there was a published cap right next to the cache. Who would have known ? I tried to keep a straight face but the boys are too wise to my motives when it comes to brass caps. There was no way they would believe I didn't know I was within a 100km of an cap I have yet to find, let alone a few metres. We took some photos and then dropped back down to have a few more raspberries. Time to head down the road to see if any more surprises await us. Thanks for the cap OFTH!
