Milestone #3600 Visiting some friends in Plover over the Labor Day weekend...went out with one of them in the morning to track down a few nearby caches. We were actually at the brewery the day before for the tour and to sample a few of their was as good as I remember from my college days here when I probably sampled more than I should have. I actually noticed the marker as we left the parking lot...and here we were again paying particular attention to the information on it. Like labrat and bike2caches, we didn't find the sign either but we had enough information to get us close. From 50 ft. away, the hiding spot was pretty obvious and we were excited to find that big ole ammo box. We found several great historic caches today that were field solves and had a lot of fun tracking them down...this old Pointer is adding another favorite point (no pun intended)... FTC

infoA multi-cache ("multiple") involves two or more locations, the final location being a physical container. There are many variations, but most multi-caches have a hint to find the second cache, and the second cache has hints to the third, and so on. An offset cache (where you go to a location and get hints to the actual cache) is considered a multi-cache.
