Found it Adven2rer found 100 Slovenian Cache

Saturday, March 15, 2014Slovenia

I've been waiting for this moment for sooooo long. It has finally come!

Back in february 2009 (see my post at the bottom), after buying my first GPS device, I catched myself with the so-called geocaching "virus". For my first expedition, I've chosen this one near cache, now knowing (what was?) it was a multicache. I've gotten to the first destination and victoriously published FOUND IT, though I later changed it to a NOTE, because back then, I didn't know you had to find all the stages of a multicache in order to mark your founding.
This was my very first geocache. After the finding I looked up on the internet where the seconde stage is: and it almost took my breth away! Why? See for yourself - you have to find it to believe me, why I was so surprised after finding it ;)
Anyway, I've been waiting for tremendous 5 (FIVE) years to get to the end of this Cache. Can't believe that in those more or less 1825 days I couldn't find the time to end what I've started. I just had other thing to do. At least I thought so.
Then, one day, my dear friends from our geocache group TeamIdrija2020 - Grozomah and GeotrekSI - asked me spontenously if I wanted to visit the final location of this multicache. I didn't thought for a second and said yes. I've droven us to the final destination and we found it together. It so much better to go out seeking geocaches with your friends than on your own. It makes it a real adventure - just like my nickname says ;)

Overall, after 5 years, this multicache doesn't mark the end of my geocaching career. It's just a story that had a cliffhanger for a very long time and has now gotten it's happy ending, because my friends gave me the much needed "inspiration" to finally finish it. With a happy ending. It is stored somewhere, where nobody, except for me, has access. Where is that place? It is in my memory! :)

No trade.

infoA multi-cache ("multiple") involves two or more locations, the final location being a physical container. There are many variations, but most multi-caches have a hint to find the second cache, and the second cache has hints to the third, and so on. An offset cache (where you go to a location and get hints to the actual cache) is considered a multi-cache.
